Personalized one-on-one Pilates sessions tailored to your goals, injuries, and movement needs. Sessions are offered in-studio, in-home, or on-site.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Private sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time and no-shows will be charged 50% of the session fee.
